Experience Design Director
Biography
Australian born, Greek raised, British educated, Experience Designer and Strategist with 15 years experience managing and designing customer experiences for clients as diverse as John Lewis, Channel 4, Visa, and eBay.
Spent five years specialising in multichannel retail, leading and designing strategies and solutions with special focus on in-store, cross channel, and mobile digital experiences. That included leading the user experience team at John Lewis, running experience strategy for the Aurora Fashion brands, setting up UX for House of Fraser, and leading the experience design team at M&S.
I currently lead the ORM Design Studio offering leadership, expertise, and direction in design research, user experience, user interface design, and service design.
